Coconut cream is a nice approach! I would like to try that.

And, I'm gonna be writing about chocolate soon! Exciting stuff.

I also make a coconut cream ganache and even diehard anti-vegans can't tell the difference, it's so good!

Rich chocolate marshmallow fluff scoop on top. Like the coconut cream. Breakfast could be anytime. Cinnamon add to make your day a fresh start.

Hot chocolate! Great read! What a treat! I was expecting you to write about the French chaud chocolate as well. Rich and chocolatey. Maybe it’s the same as the Mexican. I had no idea about the yolk in the Viennese hot chocolate. Eeew! Hahaha! I now have to go and make some almondmilk and get that hot chocolate on the way.

Thank you! The French chaud chocolate almost made it into this piece but I thought the Viennese addition of an egg yolk was interesting but maybe not everyone's idea of delicious. Enjoy your chocolate!

I love a good cup of hot chocolate. I've ordered it several times in restaurants and most times it's been just so so. I've found Starbucks to have pretty descent hot chocolate. I did have a cup in a fine dining establishment, once. It was awesome. Took me awhile to learn, all hot chocolate is not created equal. I can see I've certainly been naive on the subject. Good article.
